At AllMatters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion choices. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
